New Salon Guidelines
❗️ Masks must be worn for all appointments, if you do not have one, we can provide one for £1.
❗️ We are still working on 2m social distancing, as we think this is the best way to ensure all clients and staff are safe (this is our number one priority!)
❗️ Please arrive to your appointment on time, if your early we ask you to please wait in your car or outside (this is to minimise traffic in the salon). If you are any longer than 10 minutes late we will ask you to reschedule (as we have to book out 15 minutes between clients to sanitise and disinfect)
❗️ Everyone will be required to sanitise there hands upon arrival and exit of the salon.
❗️ Please where possible attend your appointments alone (unless other people from your household, eg children, also have an appointment)
❗️ We are required to check temperatures when you enter the salon to keep the risk of coronavirus down.
❗️ If you have any symptoms (no matter how mild) or are feeling unwell, please ring us to rearrange.
❗️ Contactless payment is preferred, however if you are paying cash please try and have the correct money if possible.
❗️ If you could bring minimal with you, this is to try and minimise risk.
❗️No magazines will be available or children’s books and toys.
❗️We are no longer allowed to provide hot drinks, however water will be available in disposable cups (please feel free to bring your own)
❗️Contact information will be required for Test and Trace.
? We have installed Perspex screens where needed.
?Full PPE will be worn by staff.
?We are using one gown per client.
?Equipment, work stations and the card machine will be sterilised/sanitised between each client.
? Other Surfaces and handles will be sanitised regularly.
*PLEASE NOTE! There will be no price increase for our services, however because of the costs of PPE there will be a £1 surcharge for every client, during the pandemic. This will be removed when PPE is no longer required*
